The length of the warranty depends on the product type. Most reusable products have a 12 month warranty. Warranty on disposables vary but generally we match the warranty offered by the OEM. For specific information please contact our sales team at: sales@medten.com.

There are some patient monitor models that have various connector types. We are well aware of this difficulty and will help you navigate this so you get it right the first time. If there is any problem, we will exchange the cable quickly so you get what you need. We want you to be fully satisfied.

Should I buy OEM or compatible medical cables and sensors?

The standards for quality and functionality of OEMs and compatible cables is exactly the same. In the US both require a very strict FDA 510(k) approval and in the EU both require the same CE Certification. The majority of cables (OEM or compatible) are manufactured in China by companies with high standards for sourcing, manufacturing and quality assurance. OEM products are expensive and often have long lead times. Our compatible products have the same top quality as the OEM but are a price-conscious alternative.

What are Medten's shipping options and delivery times?

Medten USA ships in-stock products from our Texas and California distribution centers via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Most orders ship within one to two business days after confirmation. Delivery times depend on the carrier service level and destination. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

What is Medten's return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for defective products, fulfillment errors, and compatibility issues reported within 30 days of delivery. How do I request an RMA?

Do you charge restocking fees?

Returns approved for Medten fulfillment errors or confirmed defects are not subject to restocking fees. Customer-ordered wrong part numbers or change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%. Return freight is generally the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong product.

Refunds are processed within five to ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Approved exchanges are prioritized when the correct replacement is in stock.
